The EngageRocket Referral Program is a referral partnership that enables Referrer to earn a Rewards by recommending our Products and Services to Eligible Referee. To participate, you must agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "T&C") and our Privacy Policy.

 

1. Definitions

1.1. "Products and Services" means EngageRocket's solutions. 

1.2. "Qualified Referral" refers to someone who meets ALL of the following conditions:

• He/She submits a demo request form upon receiving our email
• Successfully schedules a demo call with one of our Workplace Strategists
• Shows up to the meeting with a relevant contact (e.g. CHRO, HR director, Head of People etc.)
• Who is not current nor pending customer of EngageRocket 

1.3. "Eligible Referral" means the eligible referee / Friend has filled out our form to request a demo and then has subsequently conducted a demo with one of our sales representatives.

1.4 "Referrer" means the person who had initiated the Eligible Referral, who may or may not be an existing EngageRocket customer. 

1.4. "Rewards" refers to the benefits gained from participating in this referral program. For more details, please read from ‘2. Program Details’. 

 

2. Program Details

The EngageRocket Referral Program offers the opportunity for Referrers to receive the followings:

3. How does it work?

Referrers may refer their contacts via our Referral Program Form. Once he/she enters the contact’s email address, an automated email will be sent immediately to the referred contact, requesting them to fill up our demo request form.

If the contact reaches out to EngageRocket prior to the automated email send, the referral will not be eligible.

After a demo session with the referred contact or/and their organisation’s relevant contact, our sales representative will determine if the referral counts as eligible based on the above requirement on 1.2. Upon confirmation, referrers will receive an official email from EngageRocket. 

 

4. Reward Restrictions

Rewards are subject to verification and will be eligible for claim once a confirmation email from EngageRocket is sent to the recipients - The referrer & his/her friend.

EngageRocket may withhold a Credit if it reasonably believes additional verification is required.

 

5. Termination and Changes

EngageRocket may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a Referrer’s or Friend’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason in its sole discretion.

EngageRocket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or remove discounts obtained through the Referral Program if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. 

 

6. Updates to the Terms

EngageRocket reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on this website, and the new terms will be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification of these Terms shall constitute consent to such modification.
