About PeopleFirst APAC 2021

The roller coaster ride of 2021 dramatically changed how we think about employee experience. The disruptions brought by the pandemic have exposed gaps in companies’ strategies as leaders are made to face new challenges and flex new muscles to manage remote and hybrid workforce arrangements.

Organisations are now forced to rethink their business priorities in order to remain agile and future-forward. Sitting on top of the 2022 agenda is the Employee Experience.

Employee Experience now and beyond (EX)

Companies that prioritise EX excellence will stand to accrue exponential gains. They will be well-positioned to gain from a bullish market through faster innovation, superior products, and more customer-centric service. They will also continue to save on bottom-line costs, boost talent attraction and keep employee attrition rate low.

To achieve this, however, companies need to relook at the state of employee experience at present and from a pre-pandemic perspective in order to plan from now and beyond. As we're coming to the last quarter of the year, how can we better plan for the workforce in 2022?
