People Continuity Package 

 

What do I get?

During the two months you have: 

- Access to done-for-you pulse surveys, for any number of employees
- Access to your company's EngageRocket dashboard
- Full access to EngageRocket COVID-19 resources centre
- Tutorial videos to understand the results, and
- Communication plans and templates before and after the survey

 

How long does this support package last?

We will have to stop accepting applications by the end of 1 Jun 2020.

 

Are there any hidden fees?

No! You won't be charged and you don't need to add your credit card details to sign-in. We are providing this as a free service to the community as part of our support to #SGunited #SEAunited and keep the economy running during an extended period of social distancing.

 

What will happen after the end of this plan?

You will receive an email 3 days before this plan expires, where you will find options to continue on a regular plan. 

If you want to upgrade your plan at any time, just get in touch with our workplace strategists!


If you choose not to upgrade your plan, your account will stop collecting and analysing data but you still have access to view your data for three months.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your account at any time by simply contacting our team at hello@engagerocket.co.

If you do nothing, at the end of the People Continuity Package your account will automatically expire, and you will not have to pay for anything. 

 

Survey questionnaire

 

When will the surveys be sent?

Once your account created, Your team will be enrolled in two People Continuity pulse surveys. The first survey will be sent on 2nd June. And the second survey will be sent on the 30th June 2020. You will receive your company’s results immediately once each survey closes. 

 

Why two survey cycles?

As the environment is changing fast, we recommend a monthly frequency to effectively track changes in the workplace fast enough to respond to them.

 

What kind of automated communications will my team receive?

Your team will receive automated survey invitations and reminders (Sent only to non-respondents)

What questions are on the survey? 

Our team has worked with HR leaders, psychologists and leadership experts to draft the survey. The survey includes questions covering critical productivity and well-being drivers, and takes less than 3 minutes to complete. Preview the survey here

 

Can I customise the questions and analytics further?

Customisation is easy with an EngageRocket plan. To find out more, reach out to our customer success team or to our workplace strategists anytime.


What will my employees receive from EngageRocket?

Your employees will receive up to a total of 4 emails from EngageRocket - An invitation email on the survey launch date and 3 reminders throughout the survey period. Do note that if they have completed the survey, they will not receive additional reminders.

 

What platform would the survey be done on?

It will be via EngageRocket's platform: ie respondents will receive an email notification to take the survey, and will just have to click on the link to answer. No login details would be required.

 

Employee Data

 

Is my data safe and secure? 

Yes. We are committed to keeping your data secure. Your data will be kept confidential. Any information you give us will be treated with the utmost care. Read our privacy policy for more information

 

What happens after I've uploaded my employee template?

You'll receive a confirmation email for your successful upload. Do also expect another email in 1-2 working days to notify a successful creation of your account on EngageRocket.


I don't feel secure about uploading my employee details, this entire process is too easy.

Rest assured, we have a stringent privacy policy and we have been helping to keep employees' details confidential since 2018.

The information you upload is secure, and will not be sold to 3rd parties or used for any other purpose besides this project without your permission.

The overall results will be aggregated, and besides the person who signs up for your organisation, no one else would have access to your organisation's data individually.

For how long will the data be stored in your servers?

After the second survey cycle, you will still have access to your dashboard to export your results into excel and PDF for three months.

 

What identifiers of participants would be captured?

We capture only a few attributes like Name, email addresses, age, department and gender. Please find attached the template here for the employee list upload for your reference. Kindly also see our privacy policy at the following link - EngageRocket Privacy


The employee data I have provided contained some errors, can I still update it after I have uploaded it to EngageRocket?

We are happy to accommodate only urgent and critical changes, contact us at hello@engagerocket.co


Some of my employees do not have email addresses, can I include them?

The main mode of survey invitation is via email for now. However, if you'd like to run an independent survey for your team/organisation and cater to employees without email address,  contact us at hello@engagerocket.co

Account Access 

 

When can I access my account?

Your access begins with the launch of the survey. An email will be sent to you with log in information from "hello@engagerocket.co."

As we've prepared everything down to the details for you, you only need to access your account during the survey to monitor participation rate, and after the survey to see results.

My survey has launched but I haven't received the account access.

The account access will be automatically sent out on the day of the launch. Have you checked all folders in your email? If not,  contact us at hello@engagerocket.co.

 

Who gets access to the data?

Only EngageRocket will have access to the actual specific data. All participating companies will only have access to their own data, and the overall benchmark and insights from the survey, with no identifiable information. And once we complete these people continuity surveys, we will conduct a study which the public will have access to, but again with NO identifiable data of the participating companies, unless discussed before.


I can access my account now, what do I do?

Throughout the survey period, you may log in to monitor real-time participation rates and results. It will be helpful to track and support participation by rallying your team to complete the survey. Refer to our guide here for more template suggestions.

 

I don't know/can't find my password.

Simply click on 'forgot your password' link on the login page and follow on-screen instructions.


I have logged in, but I can't see anything / received an error page?

Survey results

 

When will survey results be communicated?

The survey results will be available on the analytics dashboard in real-time, and at the close of each pulse survey cycle there will be an email summary sent to the company representative with dashboard access.

 

Who will have access to the EngageRocket analytics dashboard?

The person who applied on behalf of the company will have access to the dashboard. Results can be downloaded into PDF and shared with other stakeholders if necessary. Access controls and multiple dashboards will be possible with an EngageRocket plan, please contact one of our Workplace Strategists who can help with that.
