The State of Gender Equality Today

In 2022, the theme for International Women’s Day is #BreaktheBias, showing commitment in calling out bias, smashing stereotypes, breaking inequality, and rejecting discrimination. This special report aims to uncover the state of women’s experience in the workplace as part of our effort to promote equality and inclusion at work, as we believe that the first step in making progress is to understand the hurdles we need to overcome.

By collecting anonymized responses from employees in organizations that use EngageRocket, we discovered valuable insights into women’s experience at work and what companies can do to empower them further.
