Less than 20% of women belonging to the Boomer generation have been recognised for good work at their workplaces. Compared to Gen Z women, where almost 40% have received recognition.

Over half (56.21%) of women in Education believe in the mission/purpose of their organization, compared to 11.76% in Utilities/Construction. 35% of women in education receive regular feedback and support from their managers, compared to just 11% in the Tech industry. Women in technology are also twice as likely as men to strongly disagree that they are rewarded fairly for their performance at work.
