SINGAPORE, April 24 2019 - Love, Bonito, Singapore’s largest home-grown women‘s fashion brand has announced a partnership with EngageRocket, the leading Asian employee engagement software provider. With a current team of 150 employees and a strong online and retail presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia, Love, Bonito needed a single source of truth to make better people decisions based on real-time data.
Through this partnership, Love, Bonito aims to align customer and employee experience using data. The solution will level up the HR capabilities by measuring the pulse of the organisation in real time. The data will be collected through automated engagement surveys, 360 reviews, and demographic analytics from on-boarding to separation. The platform will instantly analyse and translate feedback into actionable insights, empowering managers to take immediate action on engagement gaps that impact the workforce performance.
