Redefining employee experience in today's workforce with wellbeing at the core

The pandemic has swept through our workplaces like a hurricane, scattering employees in every direction, exposing many to new risks and daily stress.

In a recent global workplace report, employed Australians and New Zealanders are more likely to experience day-to-day stress as compared to the global average - 45% vs. 43%.

Organisations must put a greater focus on their employee wellbeing in order to build a healthy and conducive workforce. When employees feel supported within the organisation, they will reciprocate with high levels of engagement.

In this webinar, we will be sharing insights and recommendations from HR leaders to better prepare for the second half of the year.
