Most of what you've built transfers: your questions, benchmarks, and historical data structure don't have to be abandoned; what changes is the platform layer. We can integrate with SuccessFactors or Workday for automated data sync, or most of our clients simply do a monthly Excel upload if they'd prefer not to involve IT. Either way, our Customer Success team works with you on the data setup from day one.
EngageRocket also has the capability to absorb all your historical survey data, so that you don't lose historical trending just because you're switching vendors. Once it's uploaded, your year-on-year comparisons appear automatically. For benchmark continuity, we do a mapping exercise before deployment: every existing question is matched against the available benchmark, and for anything that doesn't map directly, we flag a suggested alternative so you decide whether to keep your wording or take the benchmark.
We're fully framework, scale, and benchmark agnostic: your existing questions upload as-is, and if you're on a 5-point scale, we run a 5-point scale. The only time a question loses its trend line is if you choose to change the wording; same wording means full continuity from migration forward. If you want to lock the framework so nobody inside the organisation can modify it post-setup, that's a supported configuration too.

No. Customer success, advisory, data migration, and implementation support are all in-house and included in the subscription; there's no separate partner fee. For clients who want to eventually self-serve, we do a lot of enablement training so your HRBPs can run their own programmes without depending on us.
